RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

• techbaazar.pk won’t mind if you want to return anything or everything or if you simply don’t want the journey. You can get a refund within 03 days of purchase (returns must be unworn, in the state you received them, and in the original packaging.)
• Please return goods with a copy of the invoice and mention the reason for returning the items.
• The customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
• Delivery Charges will not be refunded.
• In case, the item(s) is not as per the order placed, all delivery charges will be borne by techbaazar.pk in return or exchange case.
• Refund requests will be processed within 7 working days after receiving the return products.

A PRODUCT MAY BE REFUNDED OR EXCHANGED UNDER OUR REFUND POLICY

1) THE CUSTOMER RECEIVED THE WRONG PRODUCT:

  • Tech Baazar will arrange for free pickup and delivery from the customer if the wrong product is delivered.
  • If we get the incorrect product, we will either send out the correct one or, at the customer’s option, refund the money within three working days.
  • The product must be brand-new, and the package must not be changed.
  • The item must be kept in its original packing and unopened.
  • All supporting materials, including the delivery receipt, price tags, labels, warranty card, and any additional accessories, must be included with the returned item.

THE CUSTOMER GOT A DAMAGED GOOD:

  • Customers who receive damaged goods may request a refund, but they must present video evidence of the harm.
  • It is suggested that customers record themselves as they unwrap and unbox their purchases from the delivery packing. The customer received a damaged good, and this video will serve as confirmation of that.
  • In the event of high-end products: Refund, replacement, and repair services connected to Product Performance will be determined and provided by our Aftersales department.
  • The buyer will not be eligible for a refund if no video proof is offered or if the video is taken after the goods have been unboxed.
  • Tech Bazaar products can only be returned, exchanged, or refunded through the team at techbaazar.pk and not at any other approved retailer.
  • Customized products are not returnable.
  • Tech Bazaar is not responsible for products that were purchased in wrong. Tech Bazaar is unable to exchange, replace, or refund these products if they are faulty.

THE WARRANTY EXCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:

  • Artificial harm, such as using attachments that are not authorized or charging at hazardous power levels.
  • Any flaws or harm brought on by inappropriate use includes, but is not limited to, a usage that violates the warranty or any notes indicated in the product specifications. For instance, removing the product’s sealed casing will void the guarantee.
  • Any flaws or harm brought on by actions that Tech Bazaar cannot control regular deterioration.
  • Products obtained illegally or not through https:// techbaazar.pk purchases.

The following situations are not covered by this warranty:

  • If the customer’s device is incompatible with the product. The purchaser is in charge of making sure the item is appropriate for the device for which it is intended. The inability to work with a particular device (such as a phone, laptop, automobile, TV, Google Home, etc.) will not be regarded as a flaw.
  • If the warranty seal or product serial number cannot be read, has been altered, defaced, or is otherwise tampered with. If a product’s external component or accessory is missing.
  • Natural wear and tear, use in harsh environments, damage from negligent or careless handling, and damage from calamities like floods, fires, or earthquakes are not covered by the warranty.
  • Any damage to the product’s outer surface, such as cracks, dents, or scratches on the displays, camera lenses, buttons, or other attachments, is considered to have occurred.
  • Power Bank cells are susceptible to deterioration after repeated uses, and any rechargeable battery will have a decline in charging efficiency over time, hence they are not protected by a warranty.
  • Any other situations that are unethical or inconsistent with business ethics.
  • Customer change of mind,
  • Absence of original invoice.
  • No warranty will be fulfilled if a product is damaged due to a fire or power fluctuation.

The following situations are by this warranty:

  • You can only make warranty claims for the specific products listed in the warranty.
  • If the headphone, charger, etc. performance is not up to the mark and the product is in its original shape you can claim a warranty.
  • You must ship the items to the registered office for claim warranty.
  • Fill out the form completely and provide a true explanation for your claim.
  • We’ll investigate the problem. The tech bazaar will have the right to provide the warranty if the defect is claimable.
  • Tech Bazaar reserves the right to refuse the warranty if the fault is not covered by the warranty.

STEPS TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE YOUR ITEMS:

1. SUBMIT YOUR REASON
If you wish to return or exchange any portion of your online order, please send reason of return on any of our Facebook page, Whatsapp number or helpline.
You will be required to resend the Item(s) back to us with reference to the order number received.
2. REPACK MERCHANDISE
Please make sure that the item(s) you wish to return, along with the Invoice are included with your return shipment.
3. SHIP TO
Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
